1.Purchase

By using this website and purchasing through this website, you agree to Inspigo’s terms and conditions. Inspigo offer products for sale from time to time and reserve the right to change the specification, description and price of products offered. Inspigo doesn’t warrant that descriptions, prices and specifications are accurate at all times. We reserve the right to make any required corrections.

2.Stock availability

Inspigo endeavor to supply the products displayed and will be removed once stock is unavailable or out of sale. Some products in the order may not be fulfilled and in this case full refund will be provided. You will be advised immediately.

3.Goods and service Tax

All products listed are inclusive of Goods and service Tax(GST). This will be listed in the invoice.

4.Return Policy

Inspigo will review the return request as per the Inspigo Return Policy. 

5.Trademarks and Copyright

Inspigo(the name), logo and quote are registered Trademark of Inspigo. Unauthorized use of these products is prohibited by Law.

6.Privacy

While ordering or signing up with Inspigo, we may ask for your personal information. We are unable to process your request without this information. These customer data is handled with utmost care and privacy rules. It is your responsibility to maintain the username and password confidentially and all the activities under the account. If you feel there is security breach, please contact us immediately.

7.Delivery Standards

Except for promotions or sale, delivery fee applies for every order. The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the product doesn’t meet the quality standards. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

We will be using Australia Post for shipping requirements and we currently deliver only addresses within Australia. All orders will be shipped within one or two business days from our local warehouse. If incorrect shipping details are provided Inspigo doesn't hold any responsibility for the delay or non-delivery of the purchased items.

8.Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order before the item is shipped. Please notify us at the earliest. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to Inspigo return policy.

9.Discounts and Promotions

Inspigo offers various offers such as free shipping, launch and clearance from time to time. However only one discount can be applied per transaction.
